What is Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Microsoft Copilot Studio is a low-code development tool that enables organisations to create and customise their own artificial intelligence copilots. Based on Microsoft Power Platform technology, this environment facilitates the creation of conversational assistants that can integrate with enterprise data, automate workflows and deliver personalised experiences to employees and customers.

With Copilot Studio, developers and business users can design conversational interfaces, define behaviours, and connect the copilot with internal systems such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure or any external API. Its modular approach allows adding capabilities such as natural language processing, database integration, and automated action execution.
