Microsoft Launches Copilot Studio and New Autonomous Agents in Dynamics 365

Microsoft has announced major advancements in its AI platform that will enhance automation and efficiency in the business environment. Starting next month, the ability to create autonomous agents in Copilot Studio will be available in public preview, allowing organizations to develop and manage custom agents for automating specific processes, such as IT support or employee onboarding. With an intuitive interface, users can configure agents tailored to their needs, representing a significant step towards agile and autonomous management of complex tasks.

In addition, ten new autonomous agents have been introduced in Dynamics 365 to optimize critical areas like sales, customer service, finance, and supply chain. These agents are designed to maximize performance, minimizing the need for manual intervention in routine tasks such as sales opportunity qualification, supplier monitoring, and customer knowledge management. These agents also ensure secure deployment, with advanced controls that guarantee privacy and data protection for businesses.
